optimising the technical solutions to gain the maximum benefit from the
global subsea industry.
This stimulating role will require advanced
Subsea experience and skills related to design and fabrication and
operation of subsea control systems. You will be working with advanced
subsea systems with TOTAL being one of the leaders in the world in
deploying new subsea technology.
You will work with subsea pre-project/Front End Engineering
& Development studies; you will give support to subsea projects and
support technology development, and you will support operating assets.
You will be providing technical expertise and team-oriented
interpersonal skills to technically challenging deepwater subsea
activities globally.
Typical work tasks:
Provide assistance to R&D programs, execute technology development programs
Development and management of technical standards and specifications for subsea control systems
Participate in project design reviews
Technical System support during the execution phase of projects
Technical support to operating assets and affiliates
Required skills
Education
Will have Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
Will
have a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues, along with
the ability to encourage conscientiousness in others where health and
safety is concerned
Will be an fluent in both spoken and written English, French is a benefit
Experience
Will have minimum 7-10 years of experience working with Subsea Control Systems
Will have worked for an operating company or a major supplier/contractor
Skills
Will have strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Will
be able to operate flexibly and sensitively in multi-cultural teams and
local environments to manage the completion of local work phases. In
addition, knowledge of the relevant environment and openness to new
construction methods is an advantage
Will be able and keen to travel the World and live in a variety of countries

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for presales work on Oracle Hyperion EPM Solutions (mainly Planning and Financial Close Solutions) (requirements meetings and understanding of the customers needs, preparation, presentation and demonstration of our solution, ).
• Should be able to work on the solutions hands on
• Analyse customer requirements, and define the solution sets accordingly
• Leader and Evangelist of the Hyperion EPM solutions internally and educate account managers and partners on the benefits and selling points for Hyperion EPM Solutions
• Development of sales/presales and demo materials to address the specific needs business requirements
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:
• Experience in performing pre sales activity in a similar company, or having experience in Customer or Consulting company with EPM implementation skills
• Knowing major issues that companies face with their Budget/Planning/Forecasting/Consolidation processes
• Experience of liaison with CFO/FD level members and sell of internal project within a company
• Drive the Process of EPM with Customer
• Having finance and accounting background is a plus.
• Self motivated individual with strong customer interaction and presentation skills. Can interpret and address customer needs
• Understands the implications of technology on both development and market opportunities. Be able to articulate the benefits and differentiators of Hyperion’s products and positioning
• Educated to degree level in a business-related or technical discipline.
